Reception Hall

 

  Southern Dunes can host your next special event be it a wedding reception, anniversary party, class reunion, or holiday party. Our banquet hall can seat up to 200 people for a wedding reception or up to 230 for other events. Our reception hall has a dance floor, bar, and private bathrooms and private entrance. The room can also be used for golf outings, company meetings, and luncheons. Contact us today for more information on renting the facility.

Meeting Room

 

 Southern Dunes has a perfect room for your next bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, rehearsal dinner or small party. The room seats up to 50 people, it is also permissible to bring in your own food and soft beverages. The room is not handicap accessible however it is perfect for those smaller gatherings you don’t want to host at your home and is very affordable.

Bar & Grill

 

The bar & grill is the perfect place to enjoy a meal and a drink no matter what time of day. Before a round, after a round, or just because you were driving by. We have a fully stocked bar and a new food menu that is out of this world. Chef Jeff Baxter is always cooking up something delicous in the kitchen or grilling something to perfection out on the deck. You won’t miss a second of any sporting event. We have two 55 inch TVs above the bar and a 200″ projection TV in our seating area.

All of the people at Southern Dunes went out of their way to make our daughter’s wedding reception the best it could possibly be. It provided a beautiful setting for moments to remember forever and a perfect environment for pictures of the new Bride and Groom with their wedding party. This was the first time any of our guests had been to Southern Dunes and they were truly impressed with the ambience and the friendliness of the staff. This is a great venue if you have a smaller budget. We had an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. Very good value! The venue provides tables, chairs, tablecloths, outdoor ceremony arch & decor, outdoor seating, indoor reception hall lighting. We used the DJ company recommended by the venue and were quite pleased with them as well. We chose to have buffet style food but they also offer plated service. The new coordinator Paige is great at listening to your needs and working to meet them. We were on a tight budget and she made everything work for us. We had many compliments from guests as well on the beauty of the location and the taste of the food. We had access to the venue the night before to set up and rehearse. Paige made sure to check in often on the day of the wedding to make sure that all of our needs were met. On a day when we had a chance of rain all day, we were able to squeeze in our outdoor ceremony. Thank you to Paige and her team! – Jennifer
