The program offers both initial screenings and 1 hour 4 week long clinics tailored to your specific area of focus. Current Clinic Offerings:
1.) Hip and Pelvis Strength and Mobility
2.) Shoulder and Thoracic Strength and Mobility
3.) Core Strength and Mobility with Balance
4.) Junior Conditioning (High School students and younger)
